How PRIME-TIME Systems collects, uses, and shares information through this website.
This website (prime-timesystems.com) is operated by PRIME-TIME Systems LLC ("PRIME-TIME Systems," "we," "us," or "our"). This policy explains how we handle information collected through this website. It does not cover any separate PRIME product, application, or customer environment, which may be governed by its own agreement or notice.
When you submit the Executive Briefing form, we collect the information you provide, which currently includes:
We use a work-email check to screen out common personal/consumer email domains at the point of submission. This is a basic client-side check, not a verification that the domain or address is real, deliverable, or currently in use.
Like most websites, this site and its analytics tools automatically receive certain technical information when you visit, such as your general device and browser type, approximate location derived from your IP address, referring page, the pages you view, and how you interact with them (for example, which buttons you click). This is described further in the section on analytics below and in our Cookie Policy.
We use the information described above to:
We do not sell the personal information collected through this website.
This site uses third-party analytics tools to understand how visitors use the site. These tools record technical and behavioral information such as pages viewed, approximate location, device/browser type, and interactions with specific buttons and links (for example, clicking "Book a Briefing," starting the Executive Briefing form, or pressing play on a podcast episode). This site does not include separate visitor identity (such as name or email address) in the data sent to these analytics tools for these interaction events.
See our Cookie Policy for details on the specific cookies and similar technologies analytics uses, and on the current state of cookie consent on this site.
Executive Briefing form submissions are sent directly from your browser to our CRM provider's form-submission service, which we use to store and manage briefing requests. That provider processes this information on our behalf and may also process it under its own privacy policy for the services it provides to us. We do not currently load a separate visitor-tracking script from this provider on this site; if a tracking cookie from this provider is already present in your browser from another source, its identifier may be included with your form submission so the provider can associate it with prior activity, but this site's own code does not set that cookie.
The podcast section of this site loads show and episode information directly from our podcast hosting provider, and plays episode audio by requesting the audio file directly from that provider's media servers. Listening to an episode may cause your browser to communicate directly with the podcast provider's infrastructure and, if you press play, we record that a playback started (episode name/ID and the page path only, see our Cookie Policy) through the analytics described above. We do not send your name, email, or other Executive Briefing information to our podcast provider, and it is not currently configured to report detailed listener analytics back to this website.
We use a small number of service providers to operate this site and the services described above:
These providers may process information on servers located in the United States or other countries. Where information is transferred internationally, we require our service providers to apply appropriate contractual and technical safeguards consistent with applicable law.
We retain Executive Briefing submissions and related CRM records for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your inquiry, maintain our business relationship, and meet legal, accounting, or reporting obligations. Analytics data is retained according to the standard settings of the analytics tools described above. We do not retain information collected through this website for longer than is reasonably necessary for these purposes.
We use service providers that each apply their own security measures, and this site is served over HTTPS. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights regarding your personal information, which can include the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of the information we hold about you, and the right to object to or restrict certain processing. Not every right described here necessarily applies in every jurisdiction, and availability depends on applicable law and your location. We will respond to verifiable requests as required by applicable law.
To make a request regarding your personal information, contact us at contact@prime-timesystems.com.
We may update this policy from time to time to reflect changes to this website or our practices. We will update the "Last updated" date above when we do. Material changes will be reflected on this page; we encourage you to review it periodically.
