We use cookies for essential site function and, with your consent, for analytics that help us understand how the site is used. See our Cookie Policy and Privacy Policy for details.
How PRIME-TIME Systems uses cookies and similar technologies on this website.
Cookies are small text files that a website stores in your browser. Similar technologies include local/session storage and pixels, small pieces of code that can record that a page loaded or an action happened. This policy describes how this website (prime-timesystems.com) uses these technologies, and how you can control them.
This site uses a small amount of local browser storage to remember your cookie preference and to preserve marketing campaign attribution values (UTM parameters) for the duration of your visit. The Executive Briefing form sends your entries directly to our CRM provider when you submit it, without relying on a cookie set by this site.
This site uses a tag management platform to load an analytics service. Once loaded, that analytics service sets its own first-party cookies (typically named things like _ga and _ga_*) to distinguish visitors and sessions, and to record the governed interaction events described in our Privacy Policy (such as starting the Executive Briefing form or pressing play on a podcast episode). These events do not include your name, email address, or other form content.
Your choice: these tools do not load until you make a choice in the cookie banner shown on your first visit. Choosing "Accept" loads them for that browser going forward; choosing "Reject non-essential" keeps them from loading during that visit.
The podcast page loads show and episode information from, and streams episode audio directly from, our podcast hosting provider. This causes your browser to make direct requests to that provider's servers. In our own testing, we did not observe this provider setting cookies through these specific requests, but it is a third party outside our control and its practices may change; see that provider's own privacy/cookie disclosures for authoritative details. Pressing play on an episode is recorded as an analytics event as described above.
This site's code currently includes loader scripts for a Meta Pixel and a LinkedIn Insight Tag. As of this writing, both are configured with placeholder account identifiers rather than an active PRIME-TIME Systems account, so they are not currently reporting data anywhere meaningful, and they do not load until the same cookie choice described above is accepted.
Most browsers let you view, delete, and block cookies through their settings, and let you browse in a private/incognito mode that limits cookie persistence. Blocking analytics cookies will not break this site's core functionality (browsing pages, submitting the Executive Briefing form, or playing a podcast episode), though it will limit the information available to us about how the site is used.
This site shows a cookie banner the first time you visit (or any time you haven't yet made a choice from this browser). Choosing "Accept" allows the analytics tools described above to load for that visit. Choosing "Reject non-essential" keeps them from loading. Either way, the rest of the site (including browsing every page and submitting the Executive Briefing form) works the same. Your choice is remembered in your browser's local storage, not a tracking cookie, so you are not asked again on future visits from the same browser and device, unless you clear your browsing data.
We may update this policy as the technologies used on this site change. We will update the "Last updated" date above when we do.
